Programme
The programme for the 2011 Leadership programme will feature a combination of case study work and lectures. The case studies examined will describe real life complex business situations that demand detailed analysis and strong decision making skills.
Forum attendees will be expected to study the cases provided in advance of the meeting and be prepared to comment on problems and suggest alternatives for the cases. Teamwork is an important element of the Leadership Forum and participants must be prepared to work closely as part of a team to discuss the possible alternatives they identified during their individual study.
Proposed topics for discussion at the meeting will include:
- Leadership models and understanding their competitive advantage
- The Leadership challenge and the importance of human capital
- Strategic service management and the importance of strong customer service
